The location was perfect. We liked that it was an apartment with two separate rooms.

Very low warm water pressure in the morning. Bed mattress was on the hard side. We woke up with back pains. The sofa beds had stains. My wife forgot her purse in a closet. After going back to retrieve our left belongings, she realized that 70,000 COP was missing from the purse. I let the front desk person know and she said that there's nothing she can do. That I should return the next day. We checked out because we were going back home. That was not an option for us.

would definately stay here again.

we were located on the second floor and had a 2 bedroom unit. The room was basic but had everything we needed. the staff are excellent and catered to anything we needed. The door to the main bedroom had issues and they replaced it with in the hour. Tv's in both bedrooms

The only thing i could ask for would be a tv in the main room and a bit stronger WIFI to that area. other than that it was an awesome.

Perfect.

Proximity to the beach and shopping area. The staff was always friendly, they lent me an iron and safe key. I was also able to use the shower facilities after my check out. Extremely flexible. I will definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff!

Great place and an amazing island.

Everything was great. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Air-con was perfect and quiet, we had a little kitchen which was good for making breakfast, they have beach towels, internet worked very well and a nice hot shower. Location is near all the main restaurants but still quiet and near the main beach of the island.

The staff was very helpful meeting our needs. I will probably stay there again. The hotel was very close to everything. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky to get to because, it is in a pedestrian only zone which required a walk of about a block and a half. This is also actually a big plus, no crazy motor cycles to deal with near the beach.

Some of the other residents were very noisy for multiple nights.
